Principal
Nilgun Uzunhasanoglu, CPA, CMA
Graduate of Karadeniz Technical University, Economics. Drawing on over 15 years of leadership experience in local and international finance, she founded the firm in 2016. Alongside providing comprehensive accounting and tax services in Toronto, she holds the proud distinction of being the first Turkish-English bilingual female CPA to open her own practice in the city. She is also a dedicated community leader, currently serving as CFO for Immigrant Women in Business (IWB).
Accounting Specialist
Yasemin Gerdan
Graduate of Karadeniz Technical University, Business Administration. She oversees bookkeeping, payroll, and account reconciliation for the firm. Leveraging her experience in ERP systems and financial reporting, she provides clients with accurate and reliable accounting support.
Marketing & Client Management
Tugba Kocaman
Graduate of Abant İzzet Baysal University, Business Administration. She handles our team's daily client communications, manages meeting schedules, and coordinates new client onboarding. At the same time, she supports the firm's digital marketing efforts by creating visual content and social media posts.
